MUSIC

The Michael FinnieBand (also known as) TMFB

TMFB is a musical services company that provides musical artists (whether acoustic or electronic) for live events and studio sessions.  TMFB creates original music and interpret existing songs for things like (but not limited to):  jingles, commercials, Internet video, live concerts and shows and studio recordings. Producing and promotion of all musical genres.  Finding new and all ready established artists for musical genres.

• Scholarship programs for students with exceptional talent
• Classes for inner city youths learning music appreciation/vocals/music

10 years

• Establish Philharmonic and concert events
• Establish fully accredited school for performing arts in conjunction with the school for theater.
• Full roster of vocal and musical performers

Rebirth Garage

Rebirth Garage is an automotive tuning and performance company that aims to maximize the ability of Mitsubishi-powered vehicles with an almost spiritual approach to mechanics. A "less-is-more" philosophy will help Rebirth to find power and prowess in these cars and trucks where others have not dared to look. By caring more about the details, we do even more with the BIG POWER.

While our primary revenue will be generated by the design, creation, patent and sale of new parts for the performance aftermarket, circuit racing will be our focus of competition, with drag and drift racing competition to be included.  Our secondary revenue will be generated from the installation, repair and service of Mitsubishi-powered performance vehicles at a strategically chosen "brick-and-mortar" location.  Our tertiary revenue will come from garages that are located about the community and city for domestic and foreign vehicles

• With our working relationship firmly established a closer relationship with parent company.
• Ability to expand into other garage repair not limited to domestic but expanding to incorporate other foreign automotive repair.
• This will not be done at the Mitsubishi site but another fully functioning garage(s) establishment
• Establish programs to train mechanics and drivers for circuit, drift, and drag racing (taking from the re entering men and women from our existing programs and the youth from the communities first
• Will create a not-for-profit Math and Science Academy for kids between ages of 7-18 that will use race cars to create more excitement around often these overlooked subjects.

10 years

• Establish accredited programs that teach, train, expound on Automotive Arts as a career
• Expand curriculum for students 7-18 in Math and Science Academy to include other areas of learning
• Teach classes on automotive maintenance for the common customer ( checking oils, changing tires)

Primary goal is to protect investment and activities of Exodus II corporation, including and not limited to TMFB and Rebirth Garage(s).  This protection will include on site and mobile protection.  Revenue will also be generated through specific contracts for both Location/Event and VIP protection. **Contracts are very carefully chosen to simultaneously ensure the safety of our Guards and protect the reputation and integrity of the company.**
