Xodus III Community Development Corporation is a non-profit organization established in September, 2013.
Currently, Xodus III CDC focuses on the Norfolk, Virginia area but intends to expand to other areas as the organization grows.
Our mission is to revitalize our neighborhoods through resident empowerment, public improvement, community development, education, and employment opportunity.
We are partnered with organizations across the region on developments that brings positive economic impact into the Norfolk area.
Our vision is to create strong and vibrant communities and individuals by means of economic developement, educational training, spiritual well-being, social service programs and housing development assistance.
Xodus III CDC intends to offer several programs that will ensure this vision is realized. We will organize, lead and participate in the following programs:

Over 15 million meals have been distributed through the following programs. From fresh produce donated by local gardeners to large-scale child nutrition programs, the Foodbank helps people all over Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore who are hungry.
Since 1938 the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority has been working to create jobs, expand the City's tax base, improve the quality of life for our citizens and breathe new life into our historic neighborhoods.
